At NewDoggy.com, we believe that healthy puppies start with healthy parents. Our policy is to partner exclusively with audited, responsible breeders who own premium bloodlines and provide their dogs with exceptional nutrition, proper healthcare, daily exercise, and regular medical attention.
Before any puppy leaves for its new home, it undergoes a comprehensive physical examination by a licensed veterinarian. Your dog will arrive up to date on all vaccinations and accompanied by an official health certificate and passport.
While we take every preventive measure to ensure your puppy is in peak condition on the day of departure, a dog's longevity and long-term vitality ultimately depend on the daily care, nutrition, and medical attention it receives in its new home.

Departure Health
We guarantee your puppy is healthy and free of serious infectious diseases on the day of departure.
The 72-Hour Requirement
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. Any unsatisfactory health conditions must be reported immediately to keep your guarantee valid.
Coverage Period
This guarantee begins the exact moment you receive your puppy into your care.
Accidents & Injuries
Our Health Guarantee does not cover illness, injury, or death resulting from accidents occurring after arrival.
What Our Guarantee Covers
- 10-Year Congenital & Genetic Protection: We cover your dog against death caused by congenital or genetic defects for a period of 10 years from their date of birth.
- Life-Altering Genetic Conditions: We cover severe congenital or genetic diseases that develop into disabilities over time, including spine disorders, liver problems, heart failure, kidney failure, and generalized mange.
- Severe Hip Dysplasia: We cover severe hip dysplasia that causes considerable discomfort, abnormal posture, or impaired mobility to the extent that corrective surgery is medically required.
- Fatal Viruses (5-Day Protection): Your puppy is guaranteed against fatal viral infections (Distemper, Parvo, and Coronavirus) for 5 days following arrival.
What Is Not Covered
- Stress & Environmental Illnesses: Conditions that develop after departure due to stress or environmental factors beyond our control, including kennel cough, pneumonia, colds, giardia, and coccidiosis.
- Curable & Minor Conditions: Localized mange, cherry eye, bladder stones, inverted eyelids, inverted tails, grade 1–2 heart murmurs, grade 1–4 patellar luxation, or testicular issues. (Note: Our vet verifies both testicles have descended prior to departure).
- Breed-Specific Bulldog Traits: Standard conditions natural to the Bulldog breed are not covered: cherry eye, dry eye, entropion, generalized or localized mange, inverted/reverse sneezing, hip dysplasia, patellar luxation, and skin allergies.
- Neglect & Cruelty: This guarantee is instantly void in any case of deliberate neglect (withholding necessary food, water, shelter, or vet care) or physical abuse.
- Veterinary & Shipping Bills: We are not responsible for any veterinary bills, diagnostic charges, or shipping expenses once your puppy leaves our premises.
How to File a Guarantee Claim
If your dog is diagnosed with or passes away from an illness covered by our Health Guarantee, you are entitled to a replacement puppy of the same breed and equivalent value to your originally purchased dog. (Note: Shipping costs for the replacement puppy are not covered and remain your responsibility).
- Immediate Notification: You must inform us of any covered health issue immediately upon diagnosis.
- Official Veterinary Report: You must submit a scanned copy of an original, signed, and stamped veterinary report via email within 24 hours of the examination. The report must clearly state the dog’s registered name, date of birth, microchip number, exact diagnosis, severity of symptoms, and all diagnostic tests performed (e.g., blood work, X-rays, ultrasounds).
- Supporting Media & Radiographs: We may request clear photos or video recordings to analyze the case. For severe hip dysplasia claims, you must submit the official radiograph (X-ray film) imprinting the dog’s date of birth, registered name, microchip number, veterinarian's name, hospital name, and date taken directly on the film emulsion.
- Independent Verification: We reserve the right to require a second opinion and examination from an independent, licensed veterinary clinic of our choosing.
- In the Event of Death: A formal necropsy (post-mortem) report is required to process a fatality claim. We reserve the right to request the deceased dog be returned to us for further examination; any associated shipping costs remain your responsibility.
- Specialist Review: All documentation and claims will be thoroughly reviewed by our licensed veterinary team before any remediation is approved.
